Questions
What is a flight itinerary?
It’s the plan of a trip by air: which airports, on which dates, in which order, and, once booked, which flights. This builder produces a sample of that plan for you to check and share. It isn’t a booking.
Can I add flight numbers and times?
Yes, under “Flight numbers and times”. They appear exactly as you type them and are labelled as unverified. We never invent flight numbers, booking references or ticket numbers.
How is the flight duration worked out?
When you give both a departure and an arrival time, we convert each to UTC using the airports’ time zones on that date, including daylight saving, and place the arrival on the first day that comes after departure.
Can I use this itinerary for a visa application?
Only where an official checklist asks for a proposed travel plan, and only if you describe it honestly as a plan. Where a checklist asks for a flight reservation or booking, get a real one. See our guide to dummy tickets for the legitimate options.
Can I save it as a PDF?
Yes. Choose “Print or save as PDF” and pick “Save as PDF” as the destination in your browser’s print dialog. The print layout fits A4 and US Letter and keeps every SAMPLE marking.
