Terms of use

These terms apply to yourflighthelp.com, operated by John Robert, USA. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. What Your Flight Help is

Your Flight Help is a free website with aviation information, planning tools, calculators, airport and airline directories, guides, and tools that create sample travel documents. You don’t need an account to use it.

2. What Your Flight Help is not

We are not an airline, travel agency, ticketing provider, immigration authority or government body, and we don’t act for any of them. We don’t sell, reserve or issue tickets, and we don’t provide visa services.

3. Sample documents

Itineraries and other documents made with our tools are planning samples. They are not tickets, reservations, booking confirmations, boarding passes, or proof of travel or onward travel, and they are marked “SAMPLE · NOT VALID FOR TRAVEL”.

Flight numbers, times and other details you enter are shown exactly as you typed them. We don’t check them against airline schedules or booking systems, and samples say that they are unverified.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to follow our acceptable use policy. In particular, you must not:

  • present a sample as a booking, or remove or hide its sample markings;
  • use the site for anything unlawful or deceptive;
  • try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.

5. Information and accuracy

Our content is general information, not legal, immigration or professional travel advice (see ourdisclaimer). We work to keep it accurate, but it can be incomplete or out of date. Aviation data comes partly from third-party sources, credited on our data sources page, and distances and times are estimates for planning.

We don’t guarantee visa approval, acceptance by an airline or border officer, eligibility to travel, flight availability, fares, schedules or any immigration outcome. Always check important requirements with the relevant airline or authority.

6. Availability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from:

  • using or relying on the site or its tools;
  • decisions made by airlines, authorities or other third parties;
  • anyone’s misuse of a sample.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t legally be limited.

8. Intellectual property and data

The site’s text, design and code belong to John Robert unless stated otherwise. Airport data comes from OurAirports (public domain). Some airline data comes from OpenFlights under the Open Database License. Attributions are on ourdata sources page. You may print and share samples for your own planning, within our acceptable use policy.

9. Other websites

We link to websites we don’t control, and we aren’t responsible for their content.
